We recommend scheduling a Home Inspection as soon as you have a property under contract. This allows us to identify any potential issues early on and can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of the property. You can also schedule a home inspection on your current home, just so you know what could be going on.
If the Home Inspection reveals issues with the property, you can use this information to negotiate with the seller for either repairs or a price reduction. In some cases, you may choose to walk away from the purchase entirely.
Yes, I offer additional services such as radon testing, carbon monoxide testing, thermal imaging, and more. If at any point during the inspection you would like to add more services, I am more than happy to help. I will also let you know if I find anything that might require further services, so you can decide on what you want to do.
You'll receive a clear, easy to read digital report with photos, summaries, and recommendations. My reports go straight to the information that matters most.

Things happen in life, so if anything, it can be handled with no problem. Please make any changes no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. There is a fee of $50 for canceling your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or on the day it's scheduled.
I do not work on weekends. Under certain circumstances, I can work something in for a client. There is an extra fee of $75 for weekend work.
If I have to change your date and time, that is on me, and I will take 10% off your total and reschedule your service ASAP. I care about my clients, and your time is valuable. I value your business and saving you money is my way of showing it.
