When mold is suspected, I collect air and/or surface samples using Sporecyte sampling materials and follow strict chain-of-custody procedures to ensure reliable results. Samples are packaged and sent overnight to the lab for analysis, so you can get answers quickly. You'll receive a clear, easy-to-read report identifying the mold types detected and the relative levels found, along with practical next steps to help you make informed decisions about your home.  My samples also pick up different other allergens other than just picking up mold.
